Mega Man 2 ( WC 2 Hyper Edition)

This is a complete hack to a previously unfinished version by DragonEye Studios. The abandoned version had some great ideas and lots of potential, so the purpose of this project was to refine the problematic areas and complete the hack so that the player can play all the way to the end and finish the game. List of features, additions and changes: 1) Increased the speed of Mega Man and the Mega Buster! 2) Wily-4 and other previously unfinished stages are now 100% complete! 3) Added new challenges
